KDdid Designs - Yeah We can do that!

Sublimation refers to a process where a substance moves from a solid to a gas state without ever being in a liquid state. Sublimation printing normally involves the use of a digital printer to produce mirrored images on paper that has been specially coated with a transfer material.
What’s the differences between sublimation textile printing & digital printing?

Sublimation textile printing is a digital printing too. The main difference is: unlike direct printing on textile the sublimation is a 2 step process.

1st – the image digitally printed on the special paper with the high ink absorption capabilities.

2nd –  the printed paper then placed on a sublimatable textile item and both are placed into a heat press for about 20~45 seconds at 180-230 Celsius degrees.
